These Terms apply to Color Match Cube (colormatchcube.com), operated by Inline Computers, including Shade Guess, Gradient Rush and Odd Shade. They explain the rules for using the free games and optional scoreboard.
1. The game
The games are free to play in a compatible browser without creating an account. They are provided for entertainment. Features, levels, visuals and scoring may change as we maintain and improve the site.
2. Local progress
Progress, settings and unlocks are saved in your browser. They do not automatically follow you to another browser or device. Clearing site data resets this local information; private browsing or blocked storage may prevent it being kept. A public scoreboard entry is not a backup of your game progress.
3. Analytics (optional)
Google Analytics 4 is optional and only loads after you choose Accept in the analytics banner. You can play all the games after rejecting it. Use Cookie settings or Reject analytics in the footer, or in More while playing the Cube on a phone, to stop it at any time. Using the site or agreeing to these Terms does not give analytics consent. See the Privacy Policy for storage, data use and your choices.
4. Optional public scoreboard
Saving a scoreboard nickname enables submissions after qualifying Cube level clears. Use a nickname you are comfortable displaying publicly and avoid personal information. All-time combines Daily and Random results and displays the top ten; Daily today resets at midnight UTC. Not every submitted result earns a place, and an entry can be displaced by a better score. Mini-game results are not submitted to this board.
Stop sharing in the game’s Scores menu cancels pending uploads and stops future automatic submissions. It does not remove an existing public entry. To request removal, contact us with your nickname and score. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
5. Fair use
Do not disrupt the site, bypass security or submission limits, submit manipulated scores, or use abusive or impersonating nicknames. We may remove entries or restrict submissions that breach these rules to protect the game and its players.
6. Availability and your legal rights
We aim to keep the games working, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that browser-stored progress will always be recoverable.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights or remedies that apply to you under UK law or the mandatory law of your country, including in the European Economic Area. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
7. External links and support
Links such as Buy me a coffee take you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. Financial support is optional and is not required to play or use the game’s ordinary unlocks.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the games or legal requirements. We will publish the revised wording and date here, and highlight material changes on the site. Changes apply from publication and do not remove rights that have already arisen.
